  • Business Problem:  This client had various legacy systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes that did not provide the means to effectively manage its fuel supply.  Solarc’s Right Angle Product was implemented to provide the technology
  • What Provante did:  Working with Solarc, we:
    • Led the client through a series of workshops to revamp business cases to reflect the way RAIV would be used most effectively.  Our business consultant contributed significant RAIV business and technical expertise to the effort.
    • Revamped the account coding structures to enable enhanced processes and accounting interfaces
    • Built the G/L interface
    • Built interfaces to the client’s credit systems
    • Designed the business processes that would enable an early monthly close
  • Client’s Results:
    • Client now closes its books on the 1st of the month
    • RAIV is fully implemented as an integral part of the client’s business
